The Coalition offers an array of education programs geared towards teaching you how to live a healthy life. Whether you are a diabetic, have heart disease or high blood pressure, or you just want to learn how to live a healthier life- there is a class that's right for you. All of our programs are offered at various, convenient locations in and around the community. Programs can also come to you!
