Worksite Wellness Leads to the Water 
 

Shirelle began water aerobics in the summer of 2007 after learning of the programs through the Coalition's W.O.W. (Working on Wellness) program at Stanley Furniture. "If it were not for the Coalition's classes, I would be immobile because of the stiffness. In the water, I'm able to run, jump and lift my legs without severe pain."

Jean has been participating in the Coalition's aerobics classes for over two years now. She joined on a journey to better health. Throughout her journey, she has been successful in many ways including increasing her bone density, gaining muscle and losing weight.
