Healthy Tip of the Day

Healthy Tip of the Day

Protect your ticker:  Eat fish.

Fatty fish, like salmon and albacore tuna, are good sources of omega-3s, which decrease artery-clogging triglycerides as well as your risk of an abnormal heartbeat, which can lead to a heart attack.  The American Heart Association recommends eating two 3.5 oz servings of fish each week.
