"I just wanted to let you know that I think this exercise program is wonderful. The program has been beneficial in many ways. It has made me feel better, which led me to attempt to make better choices with food, exercising, and other health related issues. However, one of the best advantages that I think will keep people coming back is the camaraderie. We are all moms, grandmothers, sons, daughters, and/or sisters coming together in a situation where we feel comfortable. I want to thank all of you responsible for this program."
