Program Curriculum

  1. Hypertension, Treatments, and Stroke
  2. Heart Disease, Treatments, and Heart Attack Warning Signs
  3. The DASH Eating Plan and Reading Labels
  4. The TLC Diet, Dining Out, and Cooking Changes
  5. Stress Management, Exercise, and Other Lifestyle Changes
  • Classes are offered free of charge to residents of Martinsville and Henry and Patrick Counties
  • Appointments are made through physician referral
