60-minute class includes light warm up, low impact cardio, strength training and muscle endurance. Flexibility will be highly emphasized towards the end of the class.
The class is specially designed to target the people who want to start working out, and begin an exercise program in a non-competitive setting. Moves will be varied for different levels of intensity.

A low impact, high-energy workout that includes various combinations of basic step, intervals and cardio techniques along with muscle conditioning using light weights and fit-balls. Also includes exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles.

Class is held at the pool at Lynnwood Country Club in Martinsville.
A combination of moves for any age or activity level, fun and motivating class! Anyone can do this class, excellent for all joints in the body, arthritis, hip replacements, or anyone that wants a low impact-on-the-joints-class. This class includes a great warm up, cardio fitness, strength training and flexibility cool down.

Healthy Heart Begins at the Ridgeway Education Center (6890 Greensboro Road, Ridgeway) at 6:30pm.
Healthy Heart is a six week series designed to help participants be able to monitor their heart condition, know how to use medications effectively, identify warning signs of a heart attacke or strocke, know how to reduce cholesterol, sodium and fat intakes, learn how to make changes in meal preparation, and be albe to make informed healthy choices at grocery stores and restaurants.
Many of the risk factors for coronary heart disease are controllable. Risk factors include high blood pressure, high cholesterol, smoking, obesity, lack of physical activity, diabetes and stress. Join us and learn how to control your risks.
