Onsite Health Insurance Assistance
Your family may be eligible for FAMIS:Family Access to Medical Insurance Security If you have been affected by a change in family situation such as losing your employer based health coverage for your child after a job loss or by the rising costs of coverage or the copays and deductibles. FAMIS is free or low cost state sponsored healthcare coverage for children under 19.

Information Needed for Enrollment:
- Child's Social Security card or number.
- Proof of income for all income earners in the household for the past month.
