Ingredients:
Fresh squeezed orange juice- ¼ cup
Orange peel- 1 tsp
Olive oil- 1 Tbsp
Lime juice- 1 Tbsp
Ginger, minced- 1 tsp
Garlic clove, minced- 2 each
Hot pepper sauce-1/4 tsp
Fresh oregano, minced- ½ tsp
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved- 1-1/2 lb
Serving Size:
3-4 oz.

Instructions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken. Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.

Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
