Ingredients:
1 pound dried navy beans, soaked overnight
1 onion
1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
1 1/2 cups (12 ounces) low sodium chicken broth
2 cups water
Serving Size:

Instructions:
Soak beans overnight. Drain water the next day and put beans in Crockpot.
Cut ends of of onion and peel off brown layers. Chop into small pieces. Add to Crockpot.
Cut chicken into bite size pieces, and brown if desired. Add to Crockpot.
Add garlic powder, ground cumin, oregano, chili powder, broth and water to Crockpot. Stir to mix thoroughly and cover.
Cook on low 10-12 hours, or on high 5-6 hours.
