No meds for diabetes
As I have gotten older, the typical ailments have crept in and some not expected. Once you combine that with the fact I have a "desk job" and rarely exercised, I kept adding medical problems. The final straw-diabetes! I had to do something-becuase I would not add another medication to my daily list. So I started Zumba Gold and walking. Within 3 months, although I had not lost much weight, my blood sugar dropped and I was not required to take medicine for diabetes! Thanks!
